Through my Eyes, 2025

Through My Eyes is about some of the places, experiences and people in Amanda’s life. Using bright colors and abstract lines, Amanda’s work captures the emotional experience of reconnecting with one's inner child when in the presence of people who make you feel safe enough to be yourself. All of the work in this exhibition is from her point of view, as some paintings are from photos she has taken, moments she has experienced, and people she shares her life with. These paintings reflect how she perceives those closest to her and the emotions they evoke. When viewing Amanda’s paintings, you are viewing it through her eyes, as if you are her, and relating it to your own relationships.
